Subject: COVID -19 Survey - Distribution List: 2020-2021

Description: We would like to distribute a survey for all students about their perceptions of their online learning experiences associated with COVID-19. This survey is part of the Coronavirus Opportunity Grant which was received through the Institute for Health Innovation at Northern Kentucky University. The survey poses minimal to no risk for students. We hope to distribute the survey as soon as possible. IRB approval was obtained and data is needed for a required presentation for Northern Kentucky University in January, 2021. Survey results may improve understanding of student perceptions of online learning experiences related to COVID-19 and thus help guide/direct future online course development, which may help improve learning environments, student success and retention.
